Carpets can be cleaned in many ways, the way that is most popular and gets the best results is what we call hot water extraction.or commonly known as steam cleaning. the other way is called encapsulation cleaning or low moisture cleaning
All carpets are different. The first thing we do is inspect the carpet to see what type of fabric it is we are dealing with to get the best results.
We then vacuum the carpet removing any dry dirt
Next we add what is called a pre spray solution, this gets to work straight away eating away at the dirt
Once the solution has had time to work its magic, the next thing we do is aggitate the carpet using a mechanical scrubber , this helps get even deeper into to the pile reaching the bits hoovers cant
We then use a high powered machine to jet hot clean water rinsing away any dirt and cleaning solution whllst being sucked up by not 1 but 2 very high powerd motors, leaving your carpets clean and almost dry.
To help speed the drying process up we also carry on board a large floor fan so you can get back to normal as quickly as possible.
A similar process is used for your upholstery.
Low moisture or encapsulation cleaning is another way of cleaning carpets. This method is ideal for larger areas such as offices, hotels, and schools.
Yes we are happy to move most things. We will move sofas, chairs and tables. We kindly ask you to move all smaller items and breakables out of any units that you require moving before we arrive. Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to move heavy, large or fragile furniture or any electrical equipment. Where possible, we will clean under these items if there is sufficient room.
Unfortunately we have to have a minimum spend of just £35. this will cover the cost of cleaning a standard sized room or single story staircase, then its just £15 per room after
Larger areas such as a lounge/diner is £45 and 2 story staircases are £50
