   Bedroom cleaning

 Stair and hallway cleaning 

•    remove any cobwebs. 

•    All banisters and spindles to be cleaned. 

•    Skirting boards to be wiped down and marks removed.

 Kitchen cleaning 

•    All cupboards to be wiped in and out, including the tops! 

•    Sink to be cleaned and buffed. 

•    Washing machine to be cleaned. 

•    Cleaning of dishwasher

•    Oven cleaned (charges extra ]

•    Extractor fan to be  cleaned extra charge comes with oven cleaning 

•    Fridge to be cleaned inside and out. 

•    All surfaces to be wiped down and cleaned.  

•    Floors to be cleaned. 

•    Microwave to be cleaned inside and out. 

•    All light fittings where accessible without steps to be cleaned including switches. 

•    All wood work to be cleaned. 

•    Cleaning of any windows. inside 

•    Doors to be wiped to remove any marks. 

•    remove any cobwebs.

•   Clean all radiators

Bathroom / cloakroom cleaning  

•    All sanitary ware to be cleaned and wiped to be smear free.

•    All tiles to to cleaned  

•    Inside of any cabinets to be wiped out. 

•    Mirrors to be cleaned. 

•    All woodwork to be wiped down including window sills.

Unfortunately this is one of the hardest questions to answer without viewing the property. All properties vary in size, the amount of bathrooms, bedrooms, cupboards in the kitchen etc, however we are always happy to pop and view the property and go through the process with you. Or if you would i like a rough estimate we can do this but obviously this is just an estimate  and costs and time frames may vary.

A lot of companies charge a set price on end of tenancy cleaning, which is ideal for you the customer as you know exactly what your costs are going to be, but in most cases you end up paying a lot more than you need to. We at as good as new cleaners charge by the hour and believe that you should only pay for the hours worked.

We charge just £14.50 per hour per person, any extra duties such as carpet and oven cleaning will be charged accordingly as an extra service and not included in the end of tenancy clean.

Once you are booked in there is nothing left for you to worry about, we provide all products and equipment for any eventuality

The simple answer is yes, we will always provide a receipt for work carried out via email, we also send one to your landlord or letting agent to. Payment can be via cash or card on the day or via bank transfer once invoiced. 

• An email will be sent out to confirm you are happy for work to be carried out 
• All bookings will be subject to a £50 deposit to secure your cleaning slot and is none refundable if canceled 72 hours or less prior to the date agreed for work to commence,
• All payments are to be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice, failure to do so will incur a 20% per day of the total bill late payment fee.
